As the anniversary is coming up, I want you to know that I am still grieving the loss of Michael's incredible laugh, the way he walked, the sound of his voice, and how he always felt comfortable around friends and family, comfortable in himself. I often think of him when I play my guitar, he showed me some tips and tricks how to play.

A warrior. Even as a kid. Loved being in uniform. Cadet of the year, Marines trainning, Army training, Securiry Officer, zipline employee, love for nature. Hiking fishing and more. Serious when it came to training. Dependable just an honorable young man. Yes also took time to makw people laugh. Smiled alot. Loved his familly his friends his community and the armed forces. I knew him well. I used to be his step dad. He will be missed by many. Loved by all who knew him. Thank you for the memorial. Stay in touch. Take care of each other. Love you all
