My dearest Aunt Joan,
God had a purpose for you and I. He gave us time to reunite in our later years of life. Within that time frame, you have given me so much love to last a life time. I'll always remember our day trips together. We shared so many laughs. I was remembering one insident on Mother's Day. John and I took you to dinner in Cape May. We are at the Washington Inn. Once we left, you realized you forgot your reading glasses at the table. I ran back into the restaurant and has the waiter search for them but they were no where to be found. As we were driving home you tapped me on the shoulders from your seat in the back of our car and pointed to your glasses which were hanging on your blouse. You always had the greatest stories on our way or way back from anywhere we were going. You were always so happy to get out for a drive and I felt fortunate to have you with me. You never had a bad thing to say about anyone and just loved life. You can't even imagine how lonely I have been since you've moved away. So many times I wanted to come see you but life got too busy. I'm so sorry for that. I pray that you will visit me in my dreams. Tell my Mother and Aunt Vi to take care and I love you all. 😢😘
