Bobby was a great neighbor. We enjoyed visiting with him so many times. He shared so many stories. One about the bears up his tree. He was a fine man and he will be missed. God Bless!

Sending my love to my sister Alice and nieces and nephew. I'll always remember my brother -in-law Bobby as being a kind man and always so helpful. One of my funniest memories is when he would go to the store and buy chocolate milk for me when I was pregnant He would sneak and do this because we didn't want my sister to know that I was drinking it because she said it was not good for the baby Rest in Peace my brother.

Me and Dia had so much fun shopping at the Destin Commons. He would look on as I bought lipstick from the M.A.C cosmetics counter and I say how does this look and he would strugg his shoulders. We would always go eat at T.G.I.F after we left Destin. When we got ready to oreder, Dia said order me what you ordered. We would eat the same ole dish everytime Jack Daniels halfrack ribs with a strawberry lemonade. While we were waiting on our food I’d take my new lipstic out my bag and say see Dia you like my new lipstick? He would say ok Ebonye if you like it I love it because its not my money im spending . Haaaa haaa. Everything we did was always a memorable moment.

Message from Joseph (Buck) and Susie Goodwin Smith, HS Classmates (Union Springs, AL) and Sorority Sister (AKA) of Alice Kate Youngblood Jackson
December 12, 2017 9:35 PM

Alice Kate, We were so saddened to hear of Bobby's transition. We know that Earth has no sorrow that Heaven can not Heal.
We were very fond of Bobby as we met him several times when He would come to Union Springs, AL with you for HS Class Reunions and visits. We had just been together Oct. 6-8, 2017 for our 50th HS Class Reunion in Union Springs, AL and had a great time together. He was just like a "homeboy". He was very friendly and respectful. He always had a smile and kind words to share.
Bobby will be missed. We know he loved God and God loved him more. Alice Kate, we'll keep you in our prayers. Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted. God will take care of you.

Requesting prayers for my cousins in Florida, they lost their Father yesterday. Bobby Jackson my mother’s baby brother was more than just my Uncle! He was a Great Man of God; he was a fantastic Father, a Magnificent Husband to my Aunt Alice and a Genuine Loving brother to my Mother and her siblings! He loved my Mother and Father, and they loved him! I’ll miss you, Uncle Bobby! I can honestly say that not many people are lucky enough to have Great examples of “What a Real Man” looks like.... I've had the distinct honor of seeing it twice! Once with my Phenomenal Father and Twice with Uncle Bobby! Huge tears are flowing before I can complete this post.... but I know that my Uncle woke up in the Arms of YAH this morning and that gives me some sense of comfort! To Aunt Alice, Ebony, Bobby JR, Brenda Chandler Kathie Johnson and the children hold on to one another and do your best to get through each moment a second at a time. I love you all so much, and I’ll see you Friday. Soar in Heaven Uncle Bobby, the HINES family cherished you and loved you dearly...Please hug my Father for me.... I’m sure he can’t wait to show you around, Heaven.... Good Bye and see you soon
