Virginia H. Ham

Virginia H. Ham, affectionately called Gina, died peacefully at the age of 97, on January 11, 2022.  She was a resident of Shalimar, FL, for 75 years.

Born to Lake Huffman and Carol H. Hall, she was married to Charles H. Ham for 64 years.

She is survived by her only child, Nancy Frey (Bill), two grandchildren, Suzanna Kidd and Charlie Frey, and six great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband, Charles ; sister, Polly Ann; and brother, Lake, Jr.

Gina frequently expressed her devotion to her family and friends through her generosity and through  the careful preparation of the most extraordinary culinary masterpieces. She was easily delighted in the small details of life, a reminder that human beings take things too seriously.
