Velma C. Jones, age 83, of Shalimar, FL, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019. She was born June 14, 1936 in Charters, Kentucky to the late William Walter Carrington and Pearl Thomas Carrington. In accordance with her wishes, she will be cremated and her remains placed at Barrancas National Cemetery. A complete obituary will follow later.
