Tuoi Kim Pham

Tuoi Kim Pham passed peacefully on May 4, 2022, at the age of 64.  She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt, and Friend

Kim (as people knew her) was born in Vietnam on August 21, 1957. She married her husband, Minh Nguyen in 1975 and shortly after had two children, Tung and My Duyen. In 1980, 5 years after Saigon fell to the North Vietnamese, at 23 years old, Kim escaped from Vietnam with her husband and two small children to come to the United States.  Kim often spoke about her life in Vietnam and their journey to the United States.     

Kim and Minh later had two more children, Donna and Diane here in the United States.  Kim adapted quickly; she worked hard and learned how to read and write and speak English.  She would later become a business owner that she was very proud of.  Kim loved being around people -- even after she became ill, she still enjoyed gatherings and feeding everyone, it was her way of bringing everyone together.  Her husband Minh of 46 years stood by her side and took care of her until the very end.    

 Her mother and father preceded Kim in death.  She will be greatly missed by her Husband, Minh; her Children, Tung Nguyen, My Duyen Nguyen (David Jackson), Donna Leitten (Eric Leitten), Diane Nguyen (Keith Cooper); her Grandchildren, Elijah Jackson, Marlon Nguyen, Kirra Nguyen, Chloe Nguyen, Ethan Leitten, and Ari Cooper; Sisters, Pham Kim Lien, Pham Kim Hue, Le Thi Anh Nguyen, Le Thi Anh Nga; Brothers, Pham Phu Nhon and Pham Phu Tin; sisters, Pham Kim Lieng, Pham Kim Hue, Pham Kim Hoa, Pham Phu Nhon, Pham Kim Tin, Le Anh Nguyet, and Le Anh Nga. She also has many Nieces, Nephews, Cousins, and friends that will miss her tremendously.  She loved everyone the same. 

A visitation will take place on Sunday, May 15, 2022, at 11:00 A.M. at Emerald Coast Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 12:00 P.M.  Interment to immediately follow at Beal Memorial Cemetery.
