Timothy M. Dugger

Timothy (Tim) M. Dugger, age 55, of Destin, Florida passed away on Monday, February 8, 2021.  Tim was born in Kittery, Maine to Travis and Sarah Dugger.  He married his childhood sweetheart, Shelly McMaster Dugger.  Tim graduated from the University of Arkansas Little Rock.  He loved boating and traveling in his free time.

Tim is survived by his wife, Shelly Dugger, of Destin, Florida; his parents, Travis and Sarah Dugger.  He is preceded in death by his daughter, Kelsey Dugger Ragland and brother, Michael Dugger.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at Emerald Coast Funeral Home followed by a reception at Landsharks in Destin, Florida.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.
