Soledad B Korleski

Soledad “Suzie” B. Korleski age 75 of Fort Walton Beach, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 4, 2018. She was born on September 11, 1942 in Santa Maria de Navas, Badajoz Region of Spain. She was preceded in death by Eugene V. Korleski, her husband of 51 years and by her father Daniel Borrego Canterala and her Mother Josefa Morales Manchon. She is survived by her son Daniel J. Korleski (Montse), Son Gene Korleski (Tana), and daughter Deborah Poindexter (husband Jeff) and Grandchildren, Lauren Korleski, Michael Korleski, Haily Burbach, Cooper Poindexter, Kaitlyn Poindexter and Great Grandson Kaden Burbach.Vigil will be held at the Emerald Coast Funeral Home (161 Racetrack Road, Ft. Walton Beach, Florida 32547) on Monday, July 9th, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00. The Holy Rosary will be prayed at 7:00. Mass of the Christian Burial will be at St. Mary Catholic Church (110 St. Mary Avenue SW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida) on Tuesday, July 10th, 2018 at 10:00.  The Mass will be followed by burial at Beal Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to either the St. Mary Catholic Church (110 St. Mary Catholic Church, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32548) or St. Judes Childrens Hospital (501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105). The family wishes to thank the many members of the St. Mary Parish Family that have been by her side over the last year, the staff at the Fort Walton Beach Medical Center’s ICU and the Westwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center Facility (especially her nurses Tammy and Terri). We will be forever grateful to have witnessed your kindness, compassion and love.
