Rose Ellen Fair

Rose Ellen Fair, age 58, passed away on March 16, 2018 in Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.  Rose was born to parents, William and Elenor Devlin in Troy, New York. 

Rose joined the Air Force after high school in 1979 with a plan to get out and go to college after four years.  She found the Air Force to be a great career and retired after 20 years of service.

She is survived by her husband, Henry W. Fair, II of Ft. Walton Beach, FL.; her son; David Crow; daughter, Katherine Salli, and grandchildren; Logan Nycz and Savannah Salli;  her brothers; Thomas Devlin and Steven Devlin; and sister; Sandy Devlin. 

A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at the Emerald Coast Funeral Home Chapel, 161 Racetrack Rd N. W. Fort Walton Beach, Florida, 32547., from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm.  The recitation of the rosary will start at 6:15 pm.  A funeral Mass will be conducted Friday, March 23, 2018 at St. Mary Catholic Church in Fort Walton Beach, Florida with burial to follow at Beal Memorial Cemetery with full military honors.
