Rhonda Brantley

Rhonda Sue (Forsyth) Brantley age 60 passed away Sunday, May 6, 2018 at her home. She was born at Bolling Field AFB in Washington, D.C. in 1957, to Norman Forsyth Sr. and Lois Elliott Forsyth. Rhonda will be remembered for being a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and Christian. Rhonda graduated Fort Walton Beach High School class of 1975. She is preceded in death by her brother, Norman Forsyth Jr and her mother. Rhonda is survived by her father; her husband of 39 years, Richard I. Brantley of Fort Walton Beach; her two daughters, Shannon M. Leicht of Pensacola, FL and  Laura D. (Chuck) Townsend of Milton FL; grandchildren, Alan, Jacob and Ethan Leicht, Ka’ena and Brianna Townsend as well as, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. The family will gather with friends for a public viewing on Thursday, May 10, from 6-8 pm at Emerald Coast Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at 11am, Friday, May 11 in the chapel of Emerald Coast Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Beal Memorial Cemetery.
