Patricia Frazier Belote, 72, a long term resident of Shalimar Florida, passed away suddenly on June 3, 2020 of natural causes.
She was born to Henry Frazier, USAF, Lt. Col. (RET), and Janice Van Tassel Frazier in Hawaii on March 22, 1948. Patricia was a loving mother and friend to many and will be greatly missed.
She retired in 2013 from the Collegiate High School at Northwest Florida State College where she was a student counselor and advisor.
For several years she participated on fiddle, cello, ukulele, and banjo with the Pelican Pickers; was a member of the Arts and Design Society of Fort Walton Beach; participated in the Panhandle Poets Society; and was an avid gardener. She was a published poet and her poetry can be found on-line and in her chapbook.
Patricia is predeceased by her parents Henry and Janice Frazier. Patricia is survived by her son Patrick Michael Bailey of Denver; her brother Hal Frazier of Fort Walton Beach; her niece Jenna Frazier of Pensacola; and her sweetheart of 12 years, Dale Palmer of Niceville.
