Neil William Locke

Neil William Locke officially rode his last ride to HEAVEN on March 11, 2019.  He was born on December 14, 1959 in Warren, Ohio to Richard and Phyllis Locke.  Neil attended UNLV where he loved his RUNNING REBELS.  Neil married his sweetheart, Amber Crigger, in Las Vegas, Nevada on May 31, 1996.  Neil and Amber made their first home in Ely Nevada in which Neil was a high profile correctional officer for White Pine County along with being a special event police officer.  Neil’s children, Dylan and Kayla were the love of his life.  After Neil’s father passed away in Las Vegas, Neil and his family moved to Crestview, Florida to be closer to his mother and sister.  Neil was a DIE HARD FLORIDA STATE SEMINOLES FAN.  You could always tell where Neil was on any Saturday.  He was in front of the TV or in the seats at the stadium cheering on his team.  Neil earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and worked for the Okaloosa County Department of Corrections for about 20 years.  Neil loved to take long day rides on his motorcycle just him and the open road.  Neil was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Locke and Phyllis (Budden).  He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Amber (Crigger).  His sports oriented son, Dylan; his baby girl, Kayla Locke, all from Crestview, Florida.  His beloved sister, Deann (David –deceased) Locke of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; his Uncle, Phillip (Joy) and Aunt Elizabeth (John) of Newfoundland Canada; his nephew, David (Desiree) McDonnal of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; his great nieces, Nicole, Torrence and Sayler of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; a great nephew, Gaberial of Ft. Walton Beach, FL and many cousins in Newfoundland Canada.  Neil is also survived by his sister in law, Carol of Crestview, FLand brother in law, James of Nevada; nephew in laws, Raymond and Andrew; nieces in law, Amanda and Laura of New Jersey and Jessica of Nevada.  One great nephew in law, Kyle Jr. of Crestview, FL.  MANY YEARS WILL BE CHERISHED AND REMEMBERED AS WE GO ON WITH LIFE.  YOU WILL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN AND OUR HEARTS WILL NEVER MEND.  WE WILL REPLACE THAT CRACK WHICH IS IN OUR HEARTS WITH A BAND AID TILL WE MEET AGAIN.  WE ALL LOVE YOU.
