Millie Justice

It is with great sadness that the family of Mildred (Millie) Cohen Justice of Shalimar FL announces her passing on October 13, 2019 at Superior Residences of Niceville Florida.  Millie (Mil) was born in Summerville GA on April 19, 19-- (a lady never reveals her true age) where she was raised.  She is predeceased by her parents William Earl and Velora Hill Cohen.  Mil married John Allen Justice (deceased) on April 2, 1950.  They had 3 wonderful children together John Jr. (Crestview FL), Mark (deceased) and Jill (Niceville FL).  John Jr has two children, Hope (Spring Valley CA) who is married to Ramsey Blankenship and has two children Kylie and Carson, and John III (Ashville NC).  John Jr is married to Cathy.  Jill is married to David Miller and their daughter is Jordan (Atlanta GA).Mil enjoyed the simple things in life like conversations with friends and strangers.  She loved to talk about her grandchildren and was always extremely proud of her family.  She loved family gatherings and was passionate about Alabama football and Braves baseball.  A passion that continues on through her grandchildren.  Mil was also extremely compassionate, caring and whole heartedly supportive of her family.  She never missed a single special moment in their lives.  Mil truly loved her family.Mil will be dearly missed.  Her service will be held on Saturday October 19, 2019 at 11:00 am in the Emerald Coast Funeral Home and Reception Center 161 Racetrack Rd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 (850) 864-3361.
