Maria Betha (Beth) Junio Roberts was born on March 8, 1957 in Bayambang Pangasinan Philippines. Beth is a graduate of the University of Pangasinan Class of 1979 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Beth pursued her nursing career for 25 years, before following in her parent's footsteps as business owners in opening Asian Emporium in October 2001. In July 2017, Beth officially retired.

She is survived by her husband, Jim, and son, William.

A Memorial Service will take place on Saturday, June 25, 2022, at 6:00 P.M. at Emerald Coast Funeral Home followed by a reception.
