Madeline Elaine Downey

Madeline Elaine Cafferty Downey, Age 83, of Crestview, Florida passed away on Thursday July 2, 2020 at Carrington Manor.  She was born on Oct. 30, 1936 in New Bedford, Massachusetts to George and Gladys Cafferty.  She Graduated from New Bedford Vocational High School and after graduating she then married Lawrence E. Downey on Aug. 9, 1958 at St. Lawrence Church.  Madeline Downey is survived by her children; Paul. Downey, Michael J. (Sabrina) Downey, Kevin P. Downey and Maria Downey; Brother, Dennis and Rosa Cafferty; Nephews, Shawn, Peter and Jeffery Cafferty; Sister In law, Ann Marie Cafferty.  She is preceded in death by her parents, George and Gladys Cafferty; Brother, George Cafferty and Spouse, Lawrence E. Downey.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, July 13, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 161 Racetrack Rd. NW, Ft.
