Luis Alejandro Navajas

Luis Alejandro Navajas, age 30, of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, passed away on January 28, 2019.  He was born on August 23, 1988 to parents, Astrid and Juan Carlos.  Luis was born in Barranquilla, Colombia.  At the age of 7 years old he relocated to Miami, Florida.  Luis followed his mother’s steps by serving in the military.  He joined the Air Force at the age of 24 years old.  His first assignment was his favorite place Japan, a place he wished to go back to.  Luis loved reading.  He loved anime, where he has a collection of more than 500 collectibles from Japan and a variety of Lego items.  Luis loved his dog Lucas.  Luis will be remembered for being a loving son, dedicated Airman and friend.  Luis is survived by his mom, Astrid and father, Juan Carlos; stepfather, Lawrence; grandmothers, Aseneth and Juanita; step brother, Andres and Brandon; step sister, Lauren and Amber and a host of family and friends.
