Lillie Mae (Tiny) Kistner, age 80 of Fort Walton Beach went to be with the Lord on January 21st, 2023. Tiny was born on January 16th, 1943 in Flomaton, Al to O.B. Whitehead and Velma Gunter,
Tiny is predeceased by her parents O.B. Whitehead and Velma Gunter and stepfather, J.T. (Red) Beck. Husband, Roland (Ron) Kistner, and sister, Willie (Jewel) Harkins.
She is survived by her three daughters Wanda Castillo (Manny), Pam Jarman (Mike), and Mendy Edmondson (Aron). Grandchildren Jamie Gorman (Dave), Brittany Martin, Annabell Edmondson, and Mason Edmondson. Great grandchildren Easton Gorman. Niece, Tina Fabian (Dan) Nephews Billy Harkins (Kari) and Scott Harkins (Angie). Half brother, Ricky Whitehead.
Tiny graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in 1961. She married her husband, Ron, after graduation. The military transferred them to Kincheloe AFB in Michigan. They were there for several years before they moved back to Fort Walton Beach. Tiny began her career at First City Bank in 1971. She loved her job and her First City Bank family. She considered her 49 years there one of her greatest achievements. Tiny loved to talk to people and made many friends over the years. She will be dearly remembered and greatly missed by her family and friends.
A funeral service will be conducted on February 9th, at 10:30 AM at Emerald Coast Funeral Home. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service. A private family service will be held at Barrancas National Cemetery. Per Tiny's wishes, she will be cremated.
