Lillian Stewart

Lillian Stewart born August 21, 1946 entered eternal life on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at the age of 76.

Lillian was born in Brooklyn, NY the sixth child of ten to Ella (Howe) and Thomas Stewart.  She is survived by her brother John (Dorothy) Stewart and her sister Ella Davide.  In addition to her parents, Lillian is predeceased by her sister May as well as her brothers George, Bobby, Eddie, Sonny, Jimmy, and William.

Lillian met the love of her life Murray in Ozone Park Queens, NY who predeceased her in August of 1987.  She was the loving and devoted mother of 4 children, Lisa Meyerholz (Mike), Butch Welthy (Tracy), Linda Ayala (Pete) & her pride and joy Frank Welthy (Lisa).

Lillian enjoyed knitting and playing crossword puzzles. She loved music, TV and shopping but most of all she cherished spending time with her 13 grandchildren; Linda Curry (Enrico), Lori Santiago, Michael Meyerholz, Carlos Ayala (Gina), Chris Ayala, (Jenny), Vincent Welthy, Anthony Ayala, Peter Ayala (Iris), Dylan Ayala (Sarah), Joseph Welthy, & Nikolas Welthy & her youngest Frank Welthy. Lillian was predeceased by her beloved grandson Billy Meyerholz (Jen) in September 2021.

Lillian is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish.  Relatives and friends are invited to attend a viewing at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 161 Racetrack Rd. N.W., Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547-1816 on Monday, December 19th from 9 to 11.   The funeral service will begin at 11 am committal words will follow at Beal Memorial Cemetery 316 Beal Parkway N.W. Fort Walton Beach FL 32548
