Lieselotte W. Hill

Lieselotte (Lilo) Hill, 92, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2019 after a short battle with lung cancer. Born on October 25, 1926 in Greifswald Germany, daughter of the late Fredrich and Erna Weissenborn, she moved to America with her daughter in 1966. She has lived in the Fort Walton Beach area for 30 years. Lilo was baptized at Cinco Baptist Church and attended Sunday School there as well for a few years. She enjoyed volunteering, crossword puzzles, anything craft related but especially knitting and making cards, game-shows, baseball and to her family’s amusement the WWE. She was the Bingo Queen and loved volunteer work when she was able.Playing games especially with her family made her happy. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother and her loving husband Herman Hill. Lilo leaves many cherished memories to her loving daughter Carola Bolton, her two granddaughters Nicole (Bolton) Todd (Lane Hartsfield) and Rochelle Bolton, three great grandchildren Alex Todd (Maria Bell), Taylor Todd and Zoey Todd, Alexis and Aliza Hartsfield and her great great granddaughter Sophia Todd as well as extended family Jim Hill (Betsi Hill) Hanse Hill (Bracken Valkyrie), including Tom and Lynn Alburn.
She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11 AM at Shalimar Baptist Church.
