It is with great sadness and broken hearts that the family of Jayson Daniel "BirdDawg" Wheat announce that he spread his
wings and entered Heaven on June 17,2019 in Crestview, Florida at the age of 18. Born October 13,2000 at Fort Walton Beach Medical Center,
Fort Walton Beach Florida the son of Taina Sanchez and Daniel Wheat our beautiful blonde haired boy immediately stole the hearts of
everyone he would meet. Jayson attended Kenwood Elementary School, Pryor Middle School, Burner Middle School, and Choctawhatchee High School all in Fort Walton Beach Florida.
While in school he was active in the Chess Club, Boys and Girls Club, and Band as well as a member of the football, basketball and baseball teams.
Jayson worked at various jobs throughout the Crestview area. "BirdDawg" had a smile that could light up a room and he passed that smile
to his beautiful daughter, three month old Jaayla Dawn Wheat. He is also survived by his loving family, three sisters NyAzia-Lynn O'Brien, Riley Wheat
and Isabelle Rose Marquez. His paternal grandmother Mary Wheat and his maternal grandparents Dawn Sanchez and Efrain "EJ" and Nellie Sanchez
as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. He is predeceased by his paternal grandfather Dotson Wheat and his maternal great-grandmothers Marie Cione Sanchez
and Rose Marie Moli. Funeral services have been entrusted to Emerald Coast Funeral Home, Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Friends and family are invited to visit and share stories of "BirdDawg" on June 24 2019 from 3pm to 5pm at the emerald coast funeral home. Funeral services will be held on June 24 2019 beginning at 3pm at the emerald coast funeral home. Jaysons happy go lucky spirit will live on as he will help restore life's promise to many people by donating his organs to those in need.
