Jackie Lynn Rutherford

Jackie Lynn Rutherford (Gruvman), age 58, of Fort Walton Beach, passed away on September 18, 2018.  She was born on November 24, 1959 to parents, Jack Day and Mary Barta.

               Jackie will be remembered as a loving mother, wife and friend.  She had an immense love for animals, for baking, for gardening and for always being there for others in any way she could.  Jackie would spend every day at the beach if she could.  She was a loving and fighting spirit, 

               She is predeceased by her late husband Augustus Rutherford, her mother Mary Barta, nephew-in-law Juan Lopez and brother-in-law Rudy Coronado.

               She is survived by her father Jerald Gruvman, siblings Cynthia Coronado, Diana Gonzales, Arthur Gruvman and his wife Mimi Gruvman.  Also, by her niece Tracie Lopez, great niece Monique Lopez and great nephew Jordan Lopez.  She is survived by her children Kenneth Shawn Wood, Mary Christina Wood, grandchild Kaydence Wood and grandchild-to-be in December. 

               A funeral service will be conducted on October 4, 2018 at 1:00 P.M. at Emerald Coast Funeral Home.  The family with receive visitors one hour prior to the service.  Interment will take place at Barrancas National Cemetery on October 5, 2018 at 9:30 A.M.
