I would like to express my deepest condolences for the family of Mr. Kelly.
The Bible say's death was not a part of Jehovah God's plan for mankind and that is way it is so hard to deal with this kind of loss.
I can remember when Mr. Sherman and Mr. Kelly had Eglin Auto Sales and would see them often at the Black Angus for lunch.
Some scriptures that have comforted me when I have lost a love one or friend in death. Revelation 21: 3 & 4 "We are awaiting a time when there will be no more death, sorrow or pain all these things will have passed away.
Psalm 37:29 The righteous will possess the earth and live forever on it. This is a promise Jehovah God has made to mankind.(Psalm 83:18 New World Translation and Psalm 83:18 King James). Thru his Kingdom Rule in the hands of his son Jesus Christ. Mathew 6:9 &10. Let your Name be Sanctified, Let your Kingdom come,Let your Will take place as in Heaven also on the earth. Thinking of you all at this time.

Dear Pat and Tami, I pray God will grant you peace and comfort as you grieve the passing of your beloved husband and dad. He was a good man.

It is with a heavy heart I learned of Mr. Kelly's passing for he's been one of my most treasured customers for many years.
I work at a local swimming pool company doing bench work deep in the store dungeon. Mr. Kelly would always come in the side door (bypassing the front counter) and make his way through the warehouse maze to sneak up on me. It would always brighten my day to hear his distinctive voice saying "Where's Ed? Ed, there you are! Can you help me with a problem?" I always made time for him because he was such a pleasant man, and I was glad to do so.
I last spoke to him about a month ago, and I inquired about seeing his name on the Shalimar marquee. He proudly wanted me to know that he's been married to the love of his life for 65 years! I told him he is my inspiration. I wish we'd had more time to chat.
Mr. Kelly will be sorely missed, but I believe I will still smile at the very mention of his name (as I have for many years). I am fortunate to have known such a fine man.
