George "Randy" Randall Durbin

George Randall “Randy” Durbin, 56 years of age, of New Port Richey, FL, passed away from cancer peacefully at Marliere Hospice House at 3:00 am Saturday, July 24th, 2021. After graduating High School, Randy became a Professional Arborist & Owner/Operator of Top Notch Tree Service. He worked hard his entire life and loved tree work, being outside, not tied down to a desk & phone.  Randy was an incredibly talented and accomplished guitar player who performed in venues around the state of Florida in his teens and early twenties with his younger brother, Ron, in the band known as Thunder. Randy loved to work on & race cars, but the greatest passion he shared with his family, was Captaining his 23' Robalo Deep Sea Fishing boat named, the 'Oh Yeah'. When fishing as youngsters, Randy would yell, “OH YEAH”, every time he hooked a grouper, hence the name of his boat. He was very generous with anything he had and would help you out at the drop of a hat if he had the means. He also possessed a fantastic sense of humor and loved his family and friends with his whole heart. Sometimes quiet, he was always quick with a funny quip and loved to make others smile. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Survived by his sister, Arlene Page, Brothers Frank, and Ron Durbin, partner of 29 years, Paula Audino, two stepsons Nicholas and Michael Pasvantis and predeceased by eldest step son Pete Koulianos.

Randy’s passing was very sudden and unexpected.
