Gary Haynes Medley

Gary Haynes Medley, age 69, of Saint Peters, Missouri, passed away suddenly on Friday, July 23, 2021.  Funeral services will be Thursday, July 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Emerald Coast Funeral Home.  Interment will follow at Beal Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. 

A FALLEN LIMB

A limb has fallen from the family tree.

I keep hearing a voice that says, “Grieve not for me.”

Remember the best times, the laughter, the song.

The good life I lived while I was strong.

Continue my heritage, I’m counting on you.

Keep smiling and surely the sun will shine through.

My mind is at ease, my soul is at rest.

Remembering all how I truly was blessed.

Continue traditions no matter how small.

Go on with your life, don’t worry about falls.

I miss you all dearly so keep up your chin.

Survived by his loving family: mother, Lillian Elizabeth Medley; son, James Thomas Medley; grandchildren Jon and Ellie Medley; brother, Timothy Paul Medley; sister, Regina Medley Dupont; along with many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless close friends.  Predeceased by father, James Monroe Medley; and sister, Renee Yvonne Coker.
