Frank Cepeda Crisostomo

Frank C. Crisostomo, also known to many as “Frankie”, age 70, of Fort Walton Beach, FL. originally from Barrigada Guam, passed away on September 21, 2018.  Frank was born on July 28, 1948 to Ambrosio Perez and Rosa R. Cepeda Crisostomo.

He will be remembered for being a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.  He is predeceased by his parents, Ambrosio Perez Crisostomo and Rosa R. Cepeda Crisostomo; Brothers and sisters, John and Ambrosio Crisostomo Jr., Irene C. Escribano, and Janet C. Salas; Son, Francisco Joseph Lujan Crisostomo.  He is survived by his wife, Anita L. Machado and children Alethea, Tracy, Frank Jr., Cheryl, and Robert Crisostomo; Step children Yvonne, Michele, Michael and Erin Machado and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; Brothers, sisters and in laws, Susie and Pete Duenas, Josephine Cortez, Bobbi and Johnny Duenas, Peter and Marion Crisostomo, Monica Crisostomo and Anthony Quidachay, Mark and Madeleine Crisostomo, Rosita Crisostomo, Arthur Escribano, John Salas and numerous nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held on September 29 at 1PM at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 161 Racetrack Rd NW, Fort Walton Beach, FL.  The family will receive visitors for two hours prior to the service.  A Reception will be held at the funeral home after the service.
