David Gregory Cummins II

Beloved son, brother and father. David Gregory Cummins II passed away from an unexpected illness on September 8, 2023 at the age of 42.

David loved spending time with his girls and taking photos, but listening to music was his passion. David loved nothing more than his family.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents Verlon D. Cummins and Ida N. Cummins, his maternal grandparents Max G. Bryan and Ollie M. Bryan, and lastly his step-brother Christopher T. McLeod.

He is survived by his father David G. Cummins and step-mother Nancy R. Cummins, his mother Deborah R. McLeod and step-father Richard C. McLeod, his sister Nicki Cummins (Justin Fluegel), brothers Tyler McLeod (Jennifer) and Matthew McLeod (Megan), and loving girlfriend Alexis O’ Connor.

He is also survived by his two daughters Phoenix R. Cummins and Ember S. Cummins.

There will be a celebration of life held at a private location on Sunday, September 17th.
