Danny Jefferson Catching

Danny J. Catching, age 69, of Ft. Walton Beach, passed away on August 16, 2018.  Danny was born in Kentucky to parents, P.J. and Dorothy Catching.  Danny spent most of his life living in Dayton, OH and FWB, FL.  He was a lifelong machinist specializing in the automotive and aerospace industries.  Danny had a generous heart and never met a stranger.  He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend.

Danny is predeceased by his parents; brother, James (Anna) Catching; and sister, Caroline (Ed) Hall.  He is survived by his former wife, Carol Hutchins; son, Danny (June) Catching; daughter, Staci Marquez; sisters, Mary Albin and Angela (Mark) Wheeler.  He will greatly be missed by his grandchildren, Charlie, Will and Catherine Catching; Kalvin, Travis and Johnny Marquez, as well as his nieces, nephews and cousins.  A memorial service will be announced by the family in the near future.
