Sending Prayers, and Condolence to the Family of Mr. Charles, He was a very kind man. And I know he will be missed! Mr. Charles and Miss Doris were customers of mine, when I was the Manager and Hostess at Judy's Garden Cafe. I enjoying seeing them every week for lunch. Then after seeing him when I pick up my Med's. He had a wonderful smile! Sorry I missed the passing of Doris, she was a great lady! So Sorry for your loss. Damon and Suzy Bloom

I worked with Charlie in San Antonio in the mid 80s and was fortunate to meet up with him again at Eglin. He was a wonderful person, who helped anyone and everyone and was a great mentor to me in my military career. RIP Charlie, you will be missed.
