Chadwick Kent Lucas

Chadwick Kent Lucas, age 50, passed away Thursday July 5, 2018 in Eglin AFB, Florida.  Chad was born in 1967 to Floyd C. and Nona F. Lucas in Rantoul, Illinois. He was preceded in death by his mother Faye Lucas and a brother Charles Marion.  Chad was active in the Emerald Coast Church AG.  When he was younger he attended kid’s camp sponsored by Red Cross and later became a chaperone.  He also volunteered at the Eglin AFB library.  Chad is survived by his father Floyd Charles Lucas and many friends that he made throughout his life.  Funeral Services will be 12:00 pm Tuesday July 10, 2018 at Emerald Coast Church AG, 117 Jonquil Avenue, Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church.   In lieu of flowers family requests that contributions be made to Emerald Coast Church AG in Chad’s honor.
