Ceola Howell age 78 of Fort Walton Beach FL, died peacefully at home on September 26, 2019. She was born in Clayton Alabama on December 18, 1940 to the late  Oree and Ophelia Rogers McNabb. She married Lucius F Howell on (September 10, 1960) Lucius and Ceola traveled with the United States Air Force due to him being and Enlisted Service member for 30 years. Once settling at Hurlburt Field AFB, Ceola attended LPN school and completed school becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse. She was a great asset to several Establishments to include Ft Walton Beach Medical Center for 20 Years, Parthenon Health Care Center for 10 plus years, Emerald Coast Center and Westwood Health Care.

 Ceola loved to play her Bingo laugh and have fun, she is survived by her daughters Jacquelyn Walker (FWB), Ophelia McNabb (FWB) Deatrice Dunlap (GA). Beloved Grandsons Quincey Ragland, Jeffery Walker and Jackson Walker. Sisters: Josephine Brown (Sam), Margorie Bethune (George), Leola Holmes (Kelly), Anna McNabb (Al). Close friends: Carol and Robert Sorrells and Myrlene Reeves.

 She is preceded in death by her husband Lucius F Howell, her sons Christopher & Connell Howell, her brothers: Cleveland (Preacher) & Arthur (Block) McNabb. Her sisters: Lessie Mae Lasley & Marlyn Elizabeth Franklin.
