Catherine Teresa Clark was born in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts on July 27, 1947. Catherine entered heavens gates on June 5, 2019. Catherine was a devoted wife of 51 years to John Clark JR, as well as loving mother and grandmother. Over the years she served her community and savior as a Girl Scout leader, Sunday school teacher, youth leader and member of the catholic women's group. Member of the NC DAV Auxiliary and Co-owner of Just Think Cake.
Catherine was a devoted New England sports fan. She really enjoyed watching the Patriots and Tom Brady. Catherine has an unwavering faith in God. She was a member of St. Peters Catholic Parish. Catherine is predeceased by her parents; Kenneth Porter Bissett and Catherine Teresa Bissett as well a brother Russell Willett Bissett.
Catherine is survived by her loving husband, John C Clark Jr; three daughters and a son; Robin (Sebastian) Bracisiewicz of Jacksonville NC, Steven (Teresa) Clark of Mt. Olive NC, Catherine L Clark of Mary Esther FL, and Kristin (Mark) Welch of Crestview FL.
Catherine is also survived by her beloved grandchildren; Amber Eskridge of Orlando FL, Aaron Eskridge of Mary Esther FL, Skylar Welch, Sasha Welch and Starlyn Cain of Palm Harbor FL, Katlynn Marti and Caroline Bracisiewicz of Jacksonville NC, Nicole Bracisiewicz of Rothbury MI, Zachary Clark, Timothy Clark and Riley Clark of Mt. Olive NC.
Catherine was blessed by many loving siblings; Kenneth (Norma) Bissett of Wheaton ILL, George (Kate) Bissett of Calibash SC, James (Sandy) Bissett of Brockton MA, Marie (Harold) Lupton of KS, Patricia (Robert) Zapustas of Randolph MA, and Carol Holland of Reading, MA and a sister in law Marsh Bissett of SC.
The family will accept visitors on June 11, 2019 at Emerald Coast Funeral Home on Racetrack Road in Ft. Walton Beach from 6pm to 8pm. A funeral mass will be held at St. Peter's Catholic Church in Mary Esther at 10am. Burial will be held at 2pm at Barrancas National Cemetery in Pensacola FL.
