Carl M. Hutto, Jr.

Carl M. Hutto Jr. January 28, 1957 - November 25, 2022, a uniquely special man, Carl Murray Hutto Jr. of Fort Walton Beach, Florida passed away on Friday, November 25, 2022, at his home in Fort Walton Beach, FL. He was the 1st born son to Carl Hutto Sr and James Alice Shanks in Lawton, Oklahoma. Carl served eight in the United States Air Force and completed 28 years as a Federal Civil Servant in December 2016. He was known as a warm, genuine, and soft-spoken man, who could be trusted. He demonstrated total devotion to his family and all of those God allowed him to connect with in his earthly life. The remarkable thing about Carl was that he lived his life seeking to do good without any expectation in return. When he did receive honors for his work, he always seemed amazed that love came back to him. Carl accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior then he wrestled with an angel all night long until he compelled the angel to take him home.

Carl is survived by his wife, Rosa (Angel) Y. Coleman; Father: Carl Hutto Sr; Two daughters: Marquita and Marissa; Sister: Nina (Easton) of Laurel, Maryland; and Brother: Geoff (Deb) Los Altos, California; Nephew: Blair and Niece: Alexis; Son: Leland (Jamie); Granddaughters: Brooks and Lennox; Honorary Godchildren: London and Phoenix. Carl’s mother, James Alice Hutto, preceded him in death. Carl is gone, but he will never be forgotten. We expect to see him again. Amen
