Annette Hearst

Annette Barnes Hearst passed away peacefully surrounded by family in her home on July 26, 2020. Born on June 26, 1939 in Luverne, Alabama. Annette was a dedicated mother and grandmother who cherished her family above all else.  Loving and nurturing by nature, Annette also had a hardworking, take no prisoner attitude that allowed her to provide for her family while instilling core fundamental values inside them that would help them succeed in life. As a devoted Christian Annette accepted our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at an early age and was a member of the Sylvania Heights Baptist Church.  She is reunited with her father Charlie Barnes; her mother Helen Barnes; her brother Clemmie Barnes; sister Marietta Oliver; her two sons Jerome and Willie Taylor; her granddaughter Laniecia Banks and her husband Earl Hearst.  Annette leaves behind to cherish her memories her sister Mrs. Leatha Ruth Florence, her son Randora Taylor, three daughters Cloviest Cannon, Patricia Taylor, and Cerilla Taylor, daughter-in-law Rositta Taylor, stepson Earl Hearst Jr.  She also leaves behind 13 grandchildren Tonya, Nadine, Jessica, Oliver, Marcus, Dwight, Veronica, Pierre, Donesha, Gerard, Michael, Edwin, Tyranika, Keith, Laquanza, Steven, Brandon, Sofia, and a host of great grandchildren, nieces, and  nephews.  Annette will live in our memories and will never be forgotten. She will truly be loved and missed.
