Andrea Jean Rodriguez De La Cruz

Andrea Jean Rodriguez De La Cruz, age 32, of Fort Walton Beach, FL, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2019.  She was born in Fort Walton Beach, FL on April 28, 1987 to Gloria J. Andrews and the late Amon O. Andrews, Jr.

Andrea graduated from Choctawhatchee High School and received her Associate Degree from Ohio Christian University.  She married Jose Luis Rodriguez De La Cruz on March 23, 2014. 

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Jeff Newman; and sister, Samantha Andrews; her maternal grandparents, Burney & Ruth Floyd; her paternal grandparents, Amon O. & Nellie Andrews.

Survivors include her beloved husband, Jose Luis Rodriguez De La Cruz; her children, Rico Jr., Rico II, Charlotte, Angelina, Eddie, Gio, Luisy, Josie, Rennie and Jose; her mother, Gloria Andrews; her brother, Jimmy Newman; her mother-in-law, Josefa De La Cruz Gomez; her father-in-law, Rigoberto Rodriguez; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; and last, but not least her German Shepherd, Thor.

Funeral services will be Monday, July 29, 2019 at 2 PM at Emerald Coast Funeral Home with Pastor Charlie Anderson officiating.  Interment will follow in Beal Memorial Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the services.
