AG "Mike" Mosley

AG "Mike" Mosley, age 65, peacefully passed away on August 11, 2018, at Sacred Heart Hospital of Pensacola. He was born in Union City, Tennessee, the son of Cletus "Big Hand" Mosley and Edrell Virginia Mosley. Michael was a high-spirited, loving, and generous man who never met a stranger. When he entered a room it became bright, filled with his light and life. He has resided in Fort Walton Beach for 33 years, touching many lives through his charm and musical talent. 

Mike was diligent, setting goals most would not dare to attempt. His children were his heart and joy. His neighbors and community members adored and appreciated him in many ways, from a simple wave to edging and maintaining their lawns. He enjoyed days with family surrounded by his grandchildren, special moments on the boat, and entertaining thousands with his Fuzion Band on the Emerald Coast. 

He is survived through his wife, JoDene Mosley of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, his son, Michael Adarryll Phelps of Union City, Tennessee, and three daughters, Neila Martin (Stephen) of Land O Lakes, Florida, MaKayla Doctor (Bernard) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and Mylana Bancroft (Charity) of Fort Walton Beach, Florida. His brothers, Danny Mosley (Myra) of Union City, Tennessee, Eddie Wayne Mosley (Nel) of Temple, Texas, and Tony "Big Rue" Mosley, of Union City, Tennessee. His sisters, Jean Alexander (Willis) of Union City, Tennessee, Marie Turner of Franklin, Tennessee, Pearlie Wiggins (Kenny) of Franklin, Tennessee, Pam Davis (Tony) of  Union City, Tennessee, Flora Ann Freeman of Union City, Tennessee, Regina Pitt of Portsmouth, Virginia, and Rozalyn "Penny" Mosley of  Union City, Tennessee. He was also loved by his sixteen grandchildren.  Although Mike has left us, his spirit remains always in our hearts and our laughs; from a simple memory to a cherished song. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed by all.
