Justin Blake Cecil

Justin Blake Cecil, 36, of Mary Esther, FL, passed away September 4, 2019.  Justin was born June 4, 1983 in Beckley, West Virginia.

Justin is survived by his mother, Catherine A. Cecil (Cliff Reid), Destin; his father, Kenneth R. Cecil, Mary Esther; brother Jacob Cecil (Ashley Abercrombie), Pensacola; sister Breanna Lucari (Mat), Destin; step-father, Alvin Hatten (Misty Higgins), Destin; niece and nephew, Rylee Hatten and Vincent Lucari, Destin; and Uncle Joe Bottomlee, Freeport.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Leroy and June Bottomlee, Clarence and Maryland Cecil.

Justin is sadly missed by his family and friends, but will remain in our hearts.

A celebration of Justin’s life will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 161 Racetrack Road NW, Fort Walton Beach.  An informal service will be at 6:30 PM and anyone wishing do express condolences or memories of Justin may do so at that time.
