Russell G. Draper, age 47, passed away February 21, 2017 in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.  He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii September 18, 1969 to John R. and Raelynne (Plummer) Draper.  Russell leaves to cherish his memories his mother Raelynne Lacroix (Bill); father John R. Draper (Mary); sister Deanna Smith; brother Steven Draper (Carolyn); as well as many other family members.  A Celebration of Russell’s Life will be held at a later date.  Cremation arrangements are under the care of Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 161 Racetrack Rd, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547.
