Don't think of him as gone away
his journey's just begun,
life holds so many facets
this earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness

And think of him as living

Kevin was an exemplary role model for me as a young NCO. In the short time we served together he taught me many valuable lessons about my profession and and how to carry myself as a man. He may be gone but never forgotten. My heartfelt condolences to his entire family.

Words cannot express the sorrow I feel for you. It was only two months ago Kev and I were meeting and having a chat about some good times. He was a great man and will be missed by everyone who knew him. Now he has gone to the lucky fishing hole in heaven and left a void for all of us. The relief comes in knowing that he is no longer in pain and is with God. My prayers are with all of you at this tragic time.
