Jack Howard, age 77, of Navarre, FL, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017.  He was born September 25, 1940 in Bokeelia, FL to the late Jimmie Howard and Lillie Louise Williams Howard.

Jack served in the United States Army and Air Force and loved to fish.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert, Lonnie, David and Cecil Howard.

Survivors include his beloved wife, Barbara Elaine Howard; his son, Stephen Vinson Howard; his grandson, Chuck (Becky) Howard; his granddaughter, Sara B. Howard; his great grandchildren, Baily and Wyatt; his brother, Alfred Howard; his sisters, Julia B. Nickloy and Nellie Mae Price, his sister-in-law, Judy (Don) Givens; his brothers-in-law, Harry (Edie) Celec and Larry (Lora) Celec.

Funeral services will be Thursday, December 28, 2017 at 11 AM at Holley Assembly of God with Pastor Doug Barber officiating.  Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery at 2 PM.  The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.  Emerald Coast Funeral Home, 161 Racetrack Road, NW, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32547 has been entrusted with the arrangements.  Expressions of sympathy and support may be left online at www.emeraldcoastfuneralhome.com.
