Ron & Susie were our neighbors from 1991 - 2003. Ron would come over occasionally when he was "hiding from Susie". She was always working in the yard and would put him to work too. She made the most incredible spring rolls that we looked forward to every Christmas. The first year my husband Bob and I fought over them...the following years she gave us each our own individual gifts! She always threatened to teach me how to make them ("they were too much work" she would say) but we had to move back to Michigan unexpectedly so I missed the opportunity to learn from the best. I finally made it back to Florida last year and had the chance to see her one last time. I regret not visiting more. My sincere condolences to the family.
