Dr. Harper was a great person & doctor. I loved working with him. Donna I was blessed with one of your golden retriever puppies. She was my so special to me, especially because she came from a loving family. I will keep you & your family in my thoughts & prayers. May your loving memories help you all thru this difficult time.

We were saddened to hear of the passing of such a fine man and wonderful healer. I worked with Dr. Harper at FWBMC and WWMC at different times in both our careers-He also saw both of us as patients for various issues and was always sympathetic and most helpful- Always the Gentleman and great Listener. Sorry to hear of Joe's passing. We have known Joe a very long time yet mostly traveled in different paths. We will miss seeing him at art shows though it was such a grueling effort maybe he will not miss it. He was always such a good person and be missed by many. Dear Donna, As you know Joe and I were good friends and partners in the practice of medicine. I always had a great respect for Joe and his wonderful capacity to practice in a multiple of venues. I share with you your grief and loss as my wife Jan died two years ago. It leaves a hugh hole in your life that remains and is only ameliorated by God's presence. May God Bless you, Roger
