Daniel Edward Neubauer, age 67, born in Chicago, IL. passed away on December 8, 2017. Daniel and his wife, Karla, moved to Shalimar, FL in 1989.  During this time he became the owner and operator of Grass Patrol Lawn Service.  Daniel was known for his great sense of humor and was also a very giving and caring person.  Daniel will be missed but never forgotten. Daniel is predeceased by his parents, Cecelia and Herman Neubauer and his nephew, John Katzbeck.  He is survived by his wife of 45 yrs. Karla (Karlina) Neubauer, of Shalimar Fl and Nieces who were like children to him, Kimberly and husband, Chad Quick and their daughters, Halie and Jessica; Annette and husband, James Wolfe and their daughter Amanda; Roxanne Martin and Patrick  Horton; Siblings; Thomas and wife, Adele Neubauer, Jean and husband, Frank Katzbeck, James Neubauer, Sr., and Susan Neubauer Golden; Nieces, Lisa and husband, Hans Maurus , Amy and husband, Vince Gatto, Kathy and husband, Dave Silk, Julie and husband, Brian Schoppe, Sara Neubauer and Noe Vance;  Nephews, Thomas and wife, Crystal Neubauer, Jeff and wife, Linda Katzbeck, James and wife, Lisette Neubauer, Jr., Ron Golden and Jeff and wife, Vicky Golden.  Brother in law, Carl and wife, Diane Emory and his sister in law, Kayleen Lancer.  A visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 5:00-8:00 PM at Emerald Coast Funeral Home with the funeral service to begin at 8:00PM.
