Mrs. Connie Dykes Boyd, age 88, of Fort Walton Beach, FL passed away on February 25, 2017.

She was born to Pleas and Ava Dykes on April 28, 1928 in Clio, Alabama.

During her time living in Fort Walton Beach as a beautician, she met many clients that became like family.  She will be remembered for her kindness and by her many friendships in the area.

She is predeceased by her parents, Pleas Hardwick Dykes and Ava Wilson Dykes.

She is survived by her son, Billy Dykes, her grandchildren of North Carolina and her Niece, Alice Klein of Joplin, Missouri. 

A grave side service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00PM at Beal Memorial Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Haiti Mission at Wright Baptist Church or Wright Baptist Church.
