Carolyn V. Hodgson, 85, of FWB, Florida passed away on June 16, 2017 surrounded by her loving family after a long battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clive Hodgson, of 55 years, her daughter, Mary Hodgson Shackleford and her son David Hodgson.

She is survived by 5 children; Clive Richard, his wife Angela and their children, Brandon and Chris.

Anita and Mark Nadeau and their children, Nicholas and Laura Nadeau and their son Luke,  Nathan and Noah.

Susan and Ray Boyd Coffey and their sons, Ray Boyd Coffey III, and Michael and Aleshia Coffey and their children, Aviah and Zebediah.

Aimee and Jerry Gudinas and their children, Andrew, Edward, Marshall, Jenna, April, Grace, Krista and Adam.

Marla and Rob Woodruff and their children, Seth and Bailie.

Carolyn is also survived by her brother, John T. Kane, and her niece Debra Baur of Memphis, TN and nieces Theresa Kane Parker and Cecelia C Kane of Florida.

Carolyn married Clive in Memphis, TN. They raised seven children and loved each of their 17 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

Carolyn was a devout Catholic and enjoyed painting and lived her life as a servant of Christ.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00pm- 3:00pm proceeded by the recitation of the holy Rosary at Emerald Coast Funeral Home.  

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Catholic Church on Monday June 19th at 1pm. Followed by internment at Beal Memorial Cemetery.
