Gregory was born in Port Arthur in Thunder Bay District, Ontario, Canada to James and Kay Prouty. He graduated from Medical School at the University of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He retired as a Certified Emergency Medicine Physician of NOMC and Fort Walton Beach Medical Center.
He is preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Prouty; mother, Kay Prouty; brothers, Gary and Billy Prouty and sister, Kathy.
Services will be private.In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital would be appreciated.
